On 29.09.2023 we opened the exhibition:" Integration of a Wolf" by Narek Arzumanyan, as the first exhibition from our solo exhibition series.
"Integration of a Wolf" showcased a series of self-portraits by Narek Arzumanyan. While residing in an asylum center in Germany, the artist watched numerous nature documentaries and recognized parallels between himself and solitary predators. In his childhood, Arzumanyan had a strong affinity for nature, with little differentiation in his mind between humans and animals. He often played as a jackal, fox, or wolf. These animals not only accompanied him into adulthood but also became an integral part of his art. Arzumanyan feels such a profound connection, especially with the solitary wolf, that he sees and represents himself as one. However, he knows he cannot remain a wolf forever and slowly
Our gratitude to everybody who attended Narek Arzumanyan's exhibition and also Full Moon Gallery for their collaboration to make this exhibition series possible.
